Everything you said sounds good.
They DO have a mining plan, believe me, and it has been in play for many years.
Many , many years.

Soon in 3 6 months or so winter will hit the site, so I hope something starts asap to get this mine build to a stage where it is actually a process plant build.

There is some thing in my mind, that says this has already started, but as usual we will not know until it is done ??
