If Marshall was only interested in the Ai image evaluation software, then he should have only gone after that. He could easily agree to an indefinite lease agreement contract with Perspectum.
Datametrex would be able to use the software, whatever profits they gain from its use Perspectum gets a percentage. That way Datametrex shareholder don't get stuck with more massive dilution. Datametrex has the software and Perspectum gets a royalty check every quarter. Win win for everyone. And if Perspectum doesn't agree then there is 1000's of companies with that same very common software that I'm sure would be happy to make money for free.
