Why I'm Still Here (Part 2)

Why I'm Still Here (Part 2)I appreciate everyone's comments on this board as we are all here to gather info and make informed decisions. As we all painfully wait for the obvious catalyst (Comex) I mull over all of the reasons why I've been in this stock since before Obama's hair went gray.
  • 1.9 Billion NAV (Presently trading at 15.8% NAV)
  • Aggressive drilling happening Now which will only increase NAV
  • Excellent infastructure and mining district
  • Arguably the closest to production (FL etc are 10 years behind)
  • Industry and OEM's in a fever pitch to acquire supply ASAP
  • U.S. Gov't demanding domestic and free trade supply
  • Electric car adoption experiencing explosive growth
  • Cre bringing in key people with stock option carrots (nudge, nudge)
  • Sellers market, big partner or takeout is a no brainer
  • People that have made the deals (Haber, etc)
Yes it's a joke that we are trading at 15.8% NAV but there's going to come a day where some other force (partner or takeover) will dictate where this stock should be trading.
