Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. Who knows?  I don't think I've ever owned a stock that had so many serious questions about its probable future, so this is all outside my experience.  There is a reason why I invested in the reserves and not the company.
 
As a general rule, I don't post criticism of a stock I don't own -it's my Thumper's Dad rule" – if I can’t say anything nice, I don’t say anything at all.  Now the issues are so out there and so serious we just cannot ignore them any longer.  Without more positive guidance I must warn investors to not buy this stock at this time.  Present shareholders should IMO hold as thye can’t lose much more now, and a cash buy out could pay multiples of present PPS.

Think of it as roulette.  The odds are poor, but if lucky the payoff is sweet.
