Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). That 500 share bid at 53 cents seems about par for the course...

I had the ARC deal on its own valued at roughly $2.50 a share... on vacation and don't have my notes. Maybe a bit more, maybe a bit less.

Is todays news $3.50 a share, $5.00 a share on its own? I'll have to dig deeper but I'm confident it's more than a penny.

1,300 medical facilities is MOFOing ridiculously substantial, that I do know.
