RE:Where most of today's US jobs came from...As long as those jobs don't mean significantly higher op costs we should be good. I have heard that hotels have been bringing back regualr cleaning etc to be competitive. However, if you look at the STR Hotel tracking data June was a record high for the US hotel sector profitability. Despite occupancy rates lagging 2019 slightly average daily rates were way up and RevPAR also way up. We should be looking at 2 solid quarters this year. Hopefully a jump back up closer to $5. That's where this stock should be. I suspect they may also issue a speical dividend for these strong 2 quarters as opposed to committing to increase the dividend permanently. They want to be cautious and see how next winter season goes. GLTA
