RE:UEX would be acting irresponsible if they do not extendIt is becuase he is not going to get another  who is going to want/hire him. This is his only chance to get another CEO job. He is too yound to retire. He has a bad reputation.....he is lazy.....he doesn't know how to explain things.....can't deal with people and get their support.... He works on the 'dark side' of business....secrets...lies.....manipulation....avoidance of work and providing news releases....etc
