The only question is up or de. Clearly the concern about the Chinese getting this technology is a misplaced fantasy. Today they could reach into the sofa cushions and pull out enough cash to buy the whole company. Pretty sad but this is where we are. How on earth can this company raise any money to speak of without an infinite level of dilution? I am really starting to question our fundamental premise that making magnesium is that big a deal. Maybe it's simply not, and nobody really cares that much. It could be just that simple. JMHOs.
