It is not necessary to prove that the behavior caused the victim to experience terror or panic. Threat, criminal threatening is the crime of intentionally or knowingly putting another person in fear of bodily injury

Imputation is the process of replacing missing data with substituted values.Just because WMG doesn't give us every detail of the production or anything else doesn't mean you can fill in the void with things like corruption, fraud, Ponzi scheme or any other defamatory comment. Implying trust issues as in Bernie Madoff without even a shred of evidence to support such an outragious claim is nothing short of criminal. The intimidation tactics by several posters here ARE causing a person of reasonable apprehension to fear injury or harm. This isn't just my humble opinion.
