I got your point Grumpy, as a SGNL shareholder you do not want to give a crunch of Goldboro even if it means a boost to both companies right now.  Are you also an MEA shareholder?  If so, it means you want both companies to play it alone then?

I once held some shares, but I finally sold last year, at about the same price I had bought, because I didn't see how the company could get to production on its own without massive dilution. When ANX made their offer, I felt it was a good match, because both companies were in similar spots. But now, I feel SGNL has advanced greatly towards production, while adding a lot of ounces with a good potentential of adding a lot more.

I still watch MAE and I probably will get back in very soon at the current share price, but I don't expect SGNL and MAE to be "dance partners" in the near future. I think SGNL will focus on bringing Golboro to production before looking for NFLD expansion.
