RE:RE:RE:EVS and Climate changeWell I worked in mining for 32 years up until 2 years ago and I have heard about shovels but not too many other peices of heavy equipment but yes over the next 50 years the electric landscape will be hugely different than what it is today.

Also in 50 years when the globe has gone as much electric as it can it is then the demand on mother nature will slow down as it will only require to mine 'maintenance parts" of the all the gear that has been installed over the upcoming decades and not have to build everything from scratch...from now until then it's not very green at all.....that being said it won't stop EV cars growing in number is my guess
