Hi Brent welcome back. 

we can white label now, for cash in's and cash outs for any DCE in the entire world.  No more licenses are needed although we do have Dubai 3C coming literally any day now.  

what's missing is Transfer phase 2 (aug 31 or sooner) and the Visa Direct being integrated as well.  

I would suspect august is the month the tech team works on the visa and Transfer integration for RevoluEX and Send.
