Its a CASH cowIts sitting on a pool of oil , the cost to produce oil is like 28.00 a barrel, according to their figures.They drill and its ALWAYS a PRODUCER, there is no uncertainty. The govt. is not a very effective, or well run GOVT. Corruption is still prevalent in GOVT. and in the GENERAL population. The indigenous tribes, wereby the pipeline runs through their LAND, are not being dealt with, in terms of, compensation for the use of their lands, constant damage to the pipelines, due to erosion, sabotage, etc. The pipelines CAN BE the main transporter of oil, however, many issues still must be resolved. The amount of oil which can be shipped is insane, if these pipelines were repaired and the issues addressed. Other means of delivering this oil, by barge, is currently being used. Its slow, and requires lots of handling. TAL, should be trading in the 5.00 $$$ range, however, lots of obstacles. Is it time to buy, maybe not, need to see some improvement overall. The GOVT. has to show some committement in resolving these issues , along with its own govt. TAL, IS a cash cow, just needs the infrastructure to improve.
