UGH!!

UGH!! Anyone have any idea what is happening with this company? I did not buy these and I am trying to close my investment account and can't do it without getting rid of this damn stock. I don't even want anything for them I just want them GONE!!! 
So so frustrated! Any info on what I could do would be super helpful
