Cantex Mine Development Corp. is an exploration stage company. Its principal business activity is the exploration and development of mineral properties for commercial mineral deposits, and it is considered to be at the exploration stage. It is focused on its 100% owned 20,000-hectare (ha) North Rackla Project located about 150 kilometers (km) northeast of the town of Mayo in the Yukon Territory, Canada where high-grade massive sulphide mineralization has been discovered. Over 60,000 meters of drilling has defined high grade silver-lead-zinc-germanium mineralization over 2.3 km of strike length and 700 meters depth. It has a 100% interest in four mineral properties in Nevada. It has two projects in Yemen: Al Hariqah (Gold) and Al Masna (Nickel, Copper, Cobalt). The Al Hariqah is a near-surface gold deposit located about 130 km northwest of Sana’a, Yemen. The Al Masna’a nickel, copper, cobalt project is located in the Saadah region some 205 km north-northwest of the capital city, Sana’a.

RE:RE:RE:News !

RE:RE:RE:News !It has nothing to do with the news. What the documents did disclose was that in fact it is a Eric Sprott and not his old firm that own 16.67% of the firm now. 154,000 shorts were taken out a week ago. Same story as in the past. We have the same day trading shorts doing their thing. It is a bit annoying but this site has the potential to be one of the largest sedex finds of all time and each additional drill result continues to point us in that direction. The only management move I question is why the tonnage to date hasn't been published. Great Bear Resources increased their tonnage in an orderly manner resulting in price movement over 5 years moving from $1.50 to $5 to $10 back to $8 up to $10 then $20 then takeout at $29. All spread out over a 5 year window. Cantex has elected to forgo any tonnage reports to date and will probably just surprise us with a JV or takeout. Surprise! Not sure what all the secrecy is about? Guess Chuck doesn't want to have to start the clock. He'd rather do it his way. Just frustrating though as a shareholder.
