If guns were restricted and really really hard to get hold of those with mental issues wouldn't be able to take 20-30 lives at a time. And please don't use the knife/sword/pike/crossbow argument.

Typical NRA response get those with mental illness treated. You could snap tomorrow and shoot up your neighbourhood with no warning signs.

Just melt the guns in circulation and leave the killing to the army. Better yet, if you like guns so much... sign up.. see the world.
