RE:RE:RE:OEM's are desperate for supplyThey are not as far away from production as people think. This will get permited quickly. It is closer to a brownfield project than a greenfield project. There is an existing mine next door. They brought in a person that has already gotten a mine to production in Nevada with Nevada Copper and that was in a much more populated County. Clayton Valley in Esmerelda County is much less populated it has only a 1,000 people in the whole county. I have driven through there on my way to Vegas. It is as desert as desert gets.
Cost will actually be lower by having things like roads and power in place due to the Silver Peak mine of Albemarle's next door. On top of that the price of lithium has greatly outpaced inflation so the new numbers in the FS will have higher costs it will be more than made up for by the sale price. I expect both the NPV and IRR to improve over the PFS.
Bottom line Cypress is the best value play in the entire lithium space. Don't get distracted by other companies that may be winning the popularity contest at the moment. I don't see a single company in the lithium space right now that has the upside of Cypress based on where the share price is today. The only other company I think that comes close is E3 lithium. They would be my #2 pick.
