Vulcan should see a boost after the AGM. Once a fair valuation on Atlas Salt after the spinout is established it will give a lot more clarity on what Vulcan's stake is actually worth. Assuming an absolute low end of $5 (which I think would be extremely conservative but what I am working with on Vulcan), their Atlas Salt stake (28,891,000 shares according to the information circular) would be worth $144,455,000.

Vulcan's market cap at the current price is $62 million. Their stake in Atlas Salt alone is over double their current market cap, and that's not even including their net smelter royalties from various projects, or heir current stake in Sassy Resources and other projects.

Personally, I see more upside in Vulcan right now than I see in Atlas Salt at current prices, as anything that drives Atlas up beyond that low bar of $5 is just that much more net benefit for Vulcan.
