Defunct websites already sold to the company all that's left is too unload shares and poof all the pumping and talk of white labelling is gone LOL

I think you're forgetting that not just anyone can take over a license, there is a vetting that needs approval by any licensor.  PSD2 already being replaced by an upgraded version...
