The deal with the South African insurance provider was announced in january with a finalized contract no later than February. We got a news release in June telling us of its completion, despite the "no later than February" contained in the January release.
can you figure out the comparison, or shall I spell utmost some more... biosunn deal said no later than end of July, but the announcement for tye contract's finalization hasn't come out yet. The exact same thing that happened with the African deal. Can you wrap your head around that?
