Mittlemans have lost us $54 m in first 6 months

Mittlemans have lost us $54 m in first 6 monthsMostly in the ever widening money pit called Kognitiv and Clear Media.

If that continues....and it will as Kognitiv shows no life and Clear Media will continue to suffer from its high risk China location...our brilliant Management team which has not and cannot even come close to beating random darts thrown at a few TSX listings....will lose us over $100 million this year , yet both getting paid handsomely .

We do not have to accept such incompetence .

We need to completely revamp our BOD and liquidate all of our investment portfolio , converting some of that cash to a substantial special dividend to common shareholders ....substantial meaning $2 per share.

We have the voting power and incontrovertible evidence of investing and management incompetence to do so........calling a Special AGM to do so is all that is needed
