RE:RE:RE:Buyback???They need the shareholder vote to take place before executing the prorata buyback. How quickly can they organize that? The stock won't move higher until that is executed. Who would buy shares at say $15/share only to have 30% bought back by the company for $12.58? I guess if you took the long view you'd be okay with it. It will be interesting to see what happens with the stock after this happens. Certainly they could increase the dividend by 30% after the buyback...
