RE:New Press Release - Greenbriar Celebrates 3,000 New Union Jobs Near Sage Ranch

RE:New Press Release - Greenbriar Celebrates 3,000 New Union Jobs Near Sage RanchGood news for Tehachapi in relation to potential home buyers.
Bad news in 3 million containers rolling through Tehachapi via train and then also a percentage by truck.

Political comment related to the establishment of the Mojave Inland Port -

1. Alleviation of LA container ports is necessary.
2. Hauling containers 120 miles (by road, signicantly more by rail) fully loaded over mountains with elevation changes of over 3000 feet.
3. Idling trucks and trains are merely being shifting from the Port of Los Angeles to the Mojave Desert. Significantly increasing pollution and toxic paticulates into the desert. The addition of all this train and truck traffic will also further exacerbate the increase of wildfires along the transportation routes.
4. The additional cost to consumers is $500B per year. Guess who's going to pay for that.
5. What ever happened to the protestors standing in front of Walmart's demanding consumer products be "Made in America". Less then 20% of Walmart products are American made with the Chinese supplying 70%-80%.
Oh that's right.
Cheaper consumer products from Asia is far more important then having a decent paying job.
Remember the government is supporting your socialist dream through all the USDA grants Jeff has referred too.

Sorry purely a political rant calling out the b_ll sh_t going on these days. Nothing against Sage Ranch and the potential offtakes for housing.
