Seems everyone asks about the softening realestate in the US and downplays Sage Ranch at every turn attemping to naysay Jeff and his team.

This is more evidence of increasing local demand for the housing at Sage Ranch with higher paying jobs. This is on top of the demand from previously discussed airforce base and contracting companies in the area

Im extremely happy with this announcement and will continue to add to my position as the sp increases.
