Options Payed For Talent

Options Payed For TalentCre has made a couple of announcements recently regarding the hiring of a Vice President Engineering and Construction and also strenthening the board with 2 new directors. This is a positive sign for 2 reasons, anyone that has been in this stock since the beginning of the industrial revolution will know that CRE management is notoriously "frugal", if they hire someone it means that person has a role and will be working for their wage. I also believe taking on the 2 new key directors with stock options is a positive sign. They are being compensated with stock options. Anybody will take stock options when a company is just starting out and they are 5 cents but it's harder to attract talent when the stock price has matured unless of course you know that there's a good chance of significant movement in the not too distant future. Obviously the 2 new Directors were given an inside look at the present and future plans of Cre and saw enough significant upside to join the team.
