Bioasis Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based biopharmaceutical company focused on research and development of technologies and products intended for the treatment of patients with nervous system, including central nervous system, diseases and disorders. Hard to imagine issuing all those $.13 options if you are working on and about to announce a major deal. Denali is up about 80% in less than two months and that was a company BTI compared itself to.
