RE:RE:RE:RE:Metso Equipment is arriving at Almonty’s Sangdong MineIf indeed the mills are supported by a concrete plinth foundation then the concrete cure times will be a bit longer than 30 days, as opposed to a surrounding floor slab of say 200 to 300mm thick, which is 30 days.

I hope, and it would make sense to do all the concrete works in one go (stages of course) so there is no need to bring the civil mob in and out at intervals, and also to beat the Winter months.

So...maybe and probably a definate yes on that, after some thought.
I think a lot of concrete has been poured, other wise these big items would not have been shipped to site and had the protective covers removed and exposed to the elements.

As it seems our on site news is some times months old, maybe this mill build has already started and is scheduled for completion before Winter ???

I wish I had a better live view than Google Earth.
