Acquiror's who have down well over time and are at a higher valuation have been killed with fear of 2022 rate hikes. FSV, CIGI, BYD, PBH, CCL-B and WSP to name a handful of others that have underperformed their results.
Wasn't a great quarter numbers wise but hard to compare to the additional deaths from Covid in the past. Still from the peak in the begining of winter it is down 35% which in regarding expectation of death rates normalizing is overdone.
Just a matter of cash or getting cash and the entry point for a certain quality of stock being at a price range that you feel comfortable buying (or the opposite side for selling).
