After adressing the objectors concern, he withdrew the objection.
I can not imagine any new objectors of substance on this hearing. If there are none. Permit could be issued pronto.
Sept 1, hearing closes. If no objections, permit could b in hand by oct 1.
It is my understanding that, there are ground work contractors that already have the final engineering prints and have given estimates already. With the u.s. stimulus boom slowing. Final price, and mobilizing should happen by new year beginning.
The overseas and u.s. specialty equip will no doubt have factory install supervision. Either in person or electronic.
This will simply be a larger version of test facility.
It seamed like the two drills used for test went very well. I am guessing flor. would like to use them again. Much larger field to drill, but two drills could get it done while build is being done.
I agree with jc, that build could be done in a year and a half. However, even with the much better sweep, ramp up will not be complete ontil q4 2024 at best.
Now, the big q is this. How much of the farm do we give away to raise a few million???
This is pure cathode. It will go to a u.s. taker. I believe we are looking at life of mine about 2 billion pounds copper. About 10 billion cad at current prices.
If a taker, stuck 30 million cad in for 10%, they would make about 1 billion over 20 years. Tko cost of that finance, the 1rst year full production would be about 40 million after expenses off.
That is only 130% annual cost unless copper goes up. To much for me.

This is all highly profitable at $3.50 and $4 copper. At $5 copper it's obscene.
