How would you justfiy the purchase of Exelon at over 3x and just below 4x EV/Sales for a generic given the high likelihood that Novartis has already maximized sales in Latam? On top of that, Novartis is looking to get rid of their entire generic business through their intent to sell Sandoz, which at the time Knight may have been unaware...
