I got the same impression, that EM was talking about the full year of 120 deliveries, not just Q3. Then he proceeded to say that the only issue, was that the Engines were slower coming in.

IOW, they'll finally have all the parts for 120 deliveries total by the time they speak to us again on that call. So I'm expecting slow deliveries this qtr. I'll have to reread the transcript, tho, as I could easily be wrong.
