RE:RE:How is UEC offer a match of densions offer???Yeah they have an obligation to shareholders as officers of the company its called "due care" This seems criminal I also do not have a good feeling about UEC not even willing to match or exceed Dension offer....like really? Yet the board is voting for the offer???
