RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:How is UEC offer a match of densions offer???

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:How is UEC offer a match of densions offer???Friday pricing.
UEC 4.33 x .09 x 1.278 (conversion they used) = $.497
DML 1.54 x .32 = $0.493
This is also not including the 9mill cancelation fee.  To me Denison would have to offer $.016 more per share than UEC just to counter that.  That would make the $.05 lost on the dollar conversion a wash (i'm assuming the 9mill is CAD).
That is how I would figure it out.  Am i doing something wrong?  I'd like to know.  How is Denison's superior?  I think as the original contract stated all UEC has to do is match any other offer.  Don't get me wrong i would rather end up with Denison shares in the end as i feel they are more undervalued, but it is going to be tough for them to come out on top, especially with the dilution involved.
