Insider buying a bit

Insider buying a bit

OceanaGold Co. (ASX:OGC – Get Rating) insider Paul Benson purchased 42,500 shares of OceanaGold stock in a transaction dated Friday, August 5th. The shares were purchased at an average price of A$2.34 ($1.64) per share, for a total transaction of A$99,450.00 ($69,545.45).

When I saw the press release today, I thought we had the haile permit. We are now again half a month further and nothing. And now the haile specialist on the board resigns immediatly. Doesn't look good, but then why would the insiders be buying ( small amounts ).
