RE:White Paper - VRFB

RE:White Paper - VRFBThanks kha.
In addition to your post here is some further info.
I hope the tiny url works as the link address was extremely long.

We are still reading reports about VRFBs being tested, and it is frequently stated that it is a new technology that was invented  by a group of US Engineers and Researchers 10 years ago. The truth is that the VRFB was invented in Australia at the University of New South Wales in the 1980s by Emeritus Professor Maria Skyllas-Kazacos.The first patent for an all-vanadium redox battery was issued in 1986. It is interesting that a CellCube 30kW/130kWh VRFB  was installed at the University in 2015.

The US DOE used to publish a report on all the VRFBs installations throughout the world. Unfortunately I was unable to find the report again on the DOE website. 4 years ago the DOE reported that there were over 130 VRFB batteries installed by CellCube around the world, with some VFBs operating for close to 10 years. I think we can safely say that the VRFBs are a proven technology.

Regarding the Rongke Power/UniEnergy Technology (UET) VRFB installation which has been in the works for 6 years.

It should be mentioned that in Oct 2021 UniEnergy Technologies declared bankruptcy...............................................
I wonder why??????
