His salary is 550K usd.  That is a two week pay check.  Not material at all.

He also needs to satisfy a minimum ownership requirement and made the MINIMUM purchase to satisfy that obligation for this year, just as the other new directors and reporting officers did.  

Itn is not bullish to see the MINIMUM being purchased.
