What's the next catalyst for Vermllion

What are everyone's thoughts on the next catalyst to push Vermilion price upward. Is it oil prices rising? Is it 3rd quarter earnings? Is it the Irish government allowing for further exploration/drilling of the Corrib? Is it the closing of the Corrib? My belief is that the Irish government will allow for further development of the Corrib to help deal with the gas crisis in Europe and the UK What are your thoughts
