LJP I don't buy the book value argument either but more so because you can get fair value for the smelter because of Glencore. I don't think the price of shutting down the plant is relevant because Glencore would never allow that to happen.  CEZ is too   valuable and strategic an asset for them to let go and the latter is why I am a long. I am curious LJP  why you are involved in the stock, if you don't mind sharing this, as you appear to have a business background.
