500,000 block trade this morning

Hello fellow PLAN shareholders:

Block trade of 500,000 PLAN shares crossed this morning at $0.26. PI Financial was the buying broker and the seller was under the "anonymous" 01 broker code. Seller cannot be an existing insider as this would be a breech of the restricted trading period. So a new shareholder coming on board with a 0.5% stake in the Company.
