Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. But I suspect there is a large contingent of "non-insiders" that are both torn, and making their thoughts known.

Let's reserve judgment to see if, in the end, either or both parites are overcome by "opportunity".
