MY TAKE ON GVCIn my opinion GVC is not in play for about 5 years. They will continue to buy back 10% of their shares every year until they control 70% of the stock. So the float will go from 53 mill to 32 mill. This will cost MPC approx 8.5 mill over 5 years at these prices.
Than they will offer up to 85 cents on a dutch auction for the remaining 32 mill. which it would cost them approx 27 mill on the buyout
In the meantime, the government lawsuit will be settled by then. Their approx 23 mill will be eaten up worst case scenerio in taxes. The companies digital business will grow and so will the value.Lord knows what this company is worth on paper but I think that it is worth a lot more than .80 cents a share ( my average cost.is 40 and yes I have a lot of skin in the game) I am willing to wait 5 years for a 100% profit over that time frame. I beleive the downside risk from here is limited and yes they could shake the tree quite a bit more
In my opinion these corporations do not care about the little guy. It's all about the $$. If I got a small dividend while I waited for my troubles that would be great They have over 20 mill in the bank
Look at TVA.B. undervalued for years..... high 8-9 dollars a few years back worth less than 1/2
Noront (WYLOO ---- the Ring of Fire ) gained control of 70% of the stock and there was an automatic squeeze out of the shareholder at $1.10 . ( sedar March 28 news ) I beleive the stock was as high as $8 way back in 2005
Hoping for the best ......
