Aimia Inc. is a diversified company. The Company operates through three segments: Bozzetto, Cortland International and Holdings. The Holdings segment includes investments in Clear Media Limited, Kognitiv, as well as minority investments in various public company securities and limited partnerships.

RE:RE:What now?I know something about their views.

Like others, we wait for the new model in which the $500 million or so cash is invested in safe cash flowing solid businesses in which our $500 million or so of tax loss  assets  will eliminate the need to pay earnings, thereby converting Ebitda into pure free cash flows.

If successfully completed, it will transform the operating earnings of Aimia.

We have another $300 million or so tied up in  investments.

Two of these are recovering nicely and one..Kognitiv.... seems an hopeless case..while the largest weighting is Aimnia which should show some strong legs, once the cash flows begin flowing to the bottom line/dividends.

So, I see this as a great risk averse investment for those patient enough to wait for  a few months longer..
