The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Looking through rose-colored glasses and grasping at straws as well?

I have no idea what this stock is going to do in the near-term, and won’t have any idea until the financing is announced.  All I’m saying is that PH is a grade below high-risk investment, it’s really  a gamble - no doubt about it.  I have lost faith in a mgt. that has repeatedly promised and repeatedly failed to deliver.

Right now, there is nothing that the Investor can point to that offers success for NCI.  News of additional financing is just more debt to pay back, and would hardly seem much of an incentive to buy the stock.  China’s economy is faltering and that will have a psychological influence depressing copper futures.
