RE:LosersIn what universe does making an accretive aquisition and capturing additional marketshare equate to pushing for bankruptcy?  What incentive would they have for a reverse split?  And for that matter realize that a reverse split does nothing to the shareholder, half as many shares at twice the price is the same value. Sometimes some investors may react to it negatively and sell but that is just speculation.  This would only be relevant ithere was some other underlying financial problem that was forcing the split; there is no such problem.
