In order to have a bidding war you have to have serious bidders, one could come to the conclusion that UEC was a lot more serious & willling & passionate to get UEX  asset than DML, DML  show more passion & commitment trying to get all that JCU property from UEX a few months ago, than completing a merger deal with UEX. 

DML knew that they would likely go from 800+ million shares to over 1B shares in dilution in completing a serious merger with UEX,  some of their hostile shareholders continue to deny facts & reality.
