Hot potato warrants We have approx 25 million warrants set to expire before the end of the year. If there isn't demand for 25 million share or more, a rational investor would be wise to sell at a price about the 5 cent mark and buy them up at 5 cents on the open market. Hey, you can even buy extra shares with your profit. So at the volume we did after news and the volume we do now, I would have to assume we get back close to 5 cents before those warrants go bye bye. Same should happen with the approx 25 million shares going away next April, except at the 10 cent mark or whatever they are priced at. Of course if price goes below warrant amount, they just dry up and blow away then.
Then the game begins. No great mystery as to why share price doesn't rise. At least Erin gets some needed income to pay wages and expenses. Sigh.
I'm sure the game of hot potato has been going on for a while now so maybe lots of shares liquidated already, but 25 million is a big number. Remember, it's a limited time offer!
Anyway, a bit of a flawed game, lots of room for profit once we hit step 2 completion and only a few higher priced warrants left. Then maybe we could see an offer from a Major or Investment group.
Not a popular take considering most posters here have warrants, but just the opportunity sitting there for you.
Have a good afternoon friends.
