RE:Cost Optimization Measures??Cost optimization is never the FIRST pillar of a strategy when a company has a product or service that has a potential market uptake. As a matter of fact most such companies will increase costs and cash burn rate to capture as much market share as quickly as possible and financiars are happy to fund that growth. As long as the current CEO is there, I do not see a serious effort to turn this around. He should be part of cost optimization efforts, including half of the massive board. Don't need that number of board members in a company where product offerings have been shrinking. It is pretty sad when I can come to a conclusion that they really don't know what they are doing. And it pains me to come to that conclusion for a company that is led by Mr. Matthews. He should have authored the newsrelease with a message that that he was involving himself more deeply in the operations until the company is turned around toward a prospective future. The trend in NRs for this company has been from bad to worse over the last few years, and issuimg a newsrelease with a FIRST part of a strategy being cost cutting is numbing.
