Micron made it super easy for the judge.

Issue summary judgment of non infringement and clear a jury trial with a troll off of his list. The CAFC egg heads review any claims construction de novo on appeal anyways so no need to sit over a jury trial when the claims could have been construed wrong.

Seems simple enough to me.

And then another 12 months at CAFC and then maybe a jury trial in 2026. Then back to CAFC for appeal by 2027 then a 2029 jury trial on remand. Then 2030 for CAFC for appeal on remanded trial.
