Many of us have given up, no one is buying at 0.07, in other words we all have too many of this stock already (all trapped). Most of us are all selling at much higher than current asks. I don't have level 2 but I'm betting that the asks are very thin up to 0.10 or 0.12, but we will see the actual ones (millions) appear as soon as an upward movement occurs. Btw for the last 5 years level 2 means nothing.
