I have owned DGS for over 10 years on and off and currently hold it in the $2's in a TFSA for a 4 digit montly distribution. It misses a few months here and there but is a monster when it pays as do many of the better paying splits. You just have to catch them when the world is ending. Also picked up SRV.UN during covid. Scary times as I had mentally wrote it off but patience paid off. Something I lacked with NWH.

Not a big fan of DE.  A company with their businesses should be paying out a dividend based on profits only in my opinion.  They're paying out 9 cents a quarter in dividends.....yet only had profit of 4 cents 1st quarter and 7 cents 2nd quarter.  Also it's very illiquid.....today it traded 739 shares????
